All payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to subscription fees, setup fees, and usage charges, except where required by South African law.
If you subscribe to a paid plan and fail to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, no refunds will be issued for any charges incurred, regardless of usage.
You are solely responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription before renewal.
If installment or usage-based billing is offered, you remain responsible for all scheduled payments.
We make no guarantees regarding revenue, savings, performance, or business outcomes from using AutoBPO.ai.
Results depend on many factors including user implementation, market conditions, and external variables. Testimonials or case studies are not guarantees of future results.

All software, content, trademarks, and intellectual property on AutoBPO.ai remain the exclusive property of SourceOasis LTD.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for lawful business purposes.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.
No refunds will be issued in the event of termination due to a violation of these Terms.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted under South African law, SourceOasis LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SourceOasis LTD, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation in South Africa, unless otherwise required by law.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit to the extent permitted by law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
